I've configured an additional LAN interface, I have a D-Link router that is forwarding DHCP, etc to the pfsense box.  I can connect with the client machines, get the appropriate DHCP settings, but they are unable to route traffic.  Hosts can't even ping the GW address.  I'm at a complete loss as to what the problem could be, as you can see in the attachment I've added the necessary firewall rule, I've restarted a number of times.  Outbound NAT is set to automatic.  Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After trying everything I could possibly think of, I ended up reinstalling pfsense and things worked properly the second time around.
