Web GUI heavy slow down

I have big slow down in the latest snapshot mainly with :

General Setup

Diagnostics ARP Table (show only a couple of lines and stop).

No error to report. Only a GUI slow down. Can take about 30 secondes or more before to refresh the General Setup page after saving.

A GUI restart does not solve the problem. The console is frozen as well when the gui page is waiting for refresh.
