I have 2 errors that don't seem to go away.

i have these 2 errors when booting

Generating RRD graphs...
ERROR: unknown DS name 'qPenaltyUp'
done.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /etc/inc/pkg-utils.inc(303) : eval()'d code on line 1
 squid
.

i've looked this line up…this is what it shows
if($pkg_config['custom_php_resync_config_command'] <> "")
                eval($pkg_config['custom_php_resync_config_command']);

but i'm not privy to it's meaning…..

both started after the squid update 2.6.21_9 (2.6.21_8 worked without error)

i also have followed the guide here >http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,14436.0.html to get squid working with traffic shaping.
if anyone has any suggestions as to how to fix these errors or even what they mean.....
i'd be very thankful
