Suggestion : New user manager menu

Hi,

I don't know if i post in the right place.

I would like to ask if it is possible to create a new sub menu in pfsense for user managements, where we can add or delete users.
a page where we can add :
username, password, mac adress and IP of the user for DHCP leases.
i.e. is it possible to create a new menu mixing the static dhcp leases page, with the captive portal users (by username or by mac adress)

this page must then only be seen if you use the local user manager

if you use a differend access option then the page has to disapeer

Yes it is just for local users
