2. I want to get an access point with several relay? For example:

PC1Is it possible? The AP can be an internal card?
I want pfsense control the wireless (concerning sécurity, who is connected, what port used the users...)
Thanks a lot,

I would do one of two things. You can A:
Buy a linksys wrt54GL (the L is important) and flash it with dd-wrt or open-wrt (both void the warranty) and turn on dhcp forwarding to your pfsense box. I know that the dd-wrt firmware passes the original mac as well, so you can still keep track of them. Plug PF into one of the LAN ports on the linksys and away you go. For a NIC, I would buy an Intel or 3com.
Or you can B:
Buy any mad-wifi compatible card that will go in your machine.
http://madwifi.org/wiki/Compatibility
Get one with an SMA connector so you can put a descent antenna up, atheros come highly recommended.I think either option should work just fine.

Hello,
ok for the linksys but why to flash his firmware since he do relay only?
3. The others relays must be the same constructor?
I want do as this picture (by http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,3555.0.html) attached, for each pfsense it has to get 5 networks cards? (ip1, ip2, internal card to connect to other pfsense, one for lan and one for wifi)
4. is-it right?
Thanks,

Anything supported by FreeBSD I suspect:

You could do this with an internal wireless card, see the pfSense features page (http://www.pfsense.com/index.php?id=26) for details of what's supported.
