How to add dev.ath.0 settings to wireless on embedded platform?

I am trying to change the wireless settings to use one antenna and no diversity on a wireless card on the embedded platform. I tried to edit sysctl.conf in /etc but it is readonly.

Use diagnostics>edit file from the webgui. It will set the filesystem rw and ro again on save (I guess you are running the embedded version).
