      Hello I have a Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 with Tomato on it as my main router. Also to other WRT54g`s in Bridged WPA-AES WDS mode linked to the WHR-HP-G54. Could Pfsense replace my main router and bridge with the other AP? Thanks

        Yes, you could setup a wireless interface using pfSense to be bridged with your LAN interface using WPA-AES encryption if that is the original question.

          I guess my question would be does pfsense support WDS with WPA AES. I have only done this setup with Tomato. Thanks

            pfSense doesn't support WDS.
