I have 11 bridged PFSense Wrap on an apartment complex. One PFSense Dell 2450 Dual 1Gig Processors, 2Gig Ram As Gateway. I Would like to creat rule to send request to a custom page. For example: captured wallywankers.com IP: 38.99.66.83 So I set rule to block site. Would like to send requests for this site to page that says we do not allow this type of surfing. Any suggestions?
      Thanks, Ken

Would you place the open dns into each bridge and the gateway?

            The gateway should be enough.

If you use the DNS forwarder you can also put in an override for any hostnames you want to redirect, using a web server you control where you can make it display whatever you want.

Open DNS did the trick. Now the porn websites are redirected to a page that tells them they are not allowed to surf these sites. Thanks for the help, Ken

As an additional data point, you can also use squid for this if you're not running the embedded version.

Installing squid did have a lot of cool features to help with this issue.
