Mod List in Pfsense

Hi there
I am really new to firewall. I have worked on Smoothwall for sometime.I have three internet connections. I need to switch them manually.
Automatic failover feature for Pfsense attracted me towards it.
But othe features which are avaialble on Smoothwall are not there in Pfense.
The following feature is a must for me.
Can some one provide me a feedback whether Pfsense supports them or not.Bandwidth Aggregation of all the three ISP’s.
Automatic Fail Over.
Limits Bandwidth for a User.
Standard Port Blocking.
SSL Port Blocking.
Network Based Access Control i.e. Subnets.
Banned IP Addresses.
Banned MAC Addresses.
Time Based Restrictions for each User
Domain Blocking.
URL Blocking.
Custom Blacklist.
Custom White list.
Custom Expression List.
File Download Blocking over the network
File Upload Blockings over the network
Unrestricted IPs.
Custom Background Image when trying to access an unauthorized website.
Adzapping.
Chat Logs over MSN, Yahoo, AOL, Google Talk, Rediff Bol.
POP3 Logs.
SMTP Logs.

QoS

From what i know most of that can be accomplished in pfSense+packages

It will give me a lot of clearity on chooisng PFsense.

or u mean to say that all the addons will be available in the standard ISO itself.
The most important thing for me is to restrict users from downloading data from the internet . and stop uploads on file sharing sites.
Can anyone give me the solution
