Traffic shapper port alias bugy

a saved port alias in traffic shaper still gone when you edit your traffic shaper rules.

I reported that bug back in January 2008 - it's on the old cvstrac system here.

I'm not sure that it's going to get fixed now, as unless I'm mistaken, all this code will be replaced by the new traffic shaper in 2.0.
