    Hi.

As soon as i activate the load balancer (failover mode) for a dual WAN setup, OpenVPN stop to work.

I've static routes for the VPNs, because PFsense is a site to site OpenVPN server linking to many external sites.

Seems like the LAN rules are not working for OpenVPN.

After you changed the firewall rule to use the balancer:
Did you create another rule above this one, with as destination the subnet(s) reachable through openVPN and the default gateway?

We do what we must, because we can.

        No i didn't do this.

I can try but i doubt this will work with a dual OpenVPN server setup ?

I have one server on the first wan, and another with same settings on the other wan. Each one have a rule on the corresponding interface for inbound traffic.

In load balance or failover mode, the traffic need to be routed on the right WAN, the one used by the client.

Is it possible to do this ?

        Thanks.
