Not Appear CP when the Home Page is HTTPS

Hi…

I trying to install PFSEnse on my company, but I have a little problem,  when some notebooks have the HomePage on IE https://.....

The page to login do not appear. If I  change manually to http, the page appear.

Have any ideia????

Can you be more specific?  Are you setting browser homepages to the captive portal?  Or is it another https site you're setting as the homepage?

If a client try to enter on Internet, the IE or Firefox will try open the HomePage of that browser, and if the homepage is for e.g - http://www.google.pt appear in instant the page login of CP, but if httpS://www.google.pt does not open (for exemple, I now that page does not exist ;D).

Its maybe because the port? http is Port 80 or 8080 and https is 443 ???
