Hide router ???
-
dear pfsense..
how to hide router when client using tracert or traceroute ??
i need when somebody trace to the yahoo or google, only find * * * at the monitorhelp me please…
-
Why? What's the point?
netstat -nr
or
ipconfig /all
at a client would show the presence of the router.
Even if you had it proxy arp'ing, it'd still be easy enough to find using "arp -a".
-
You can't. To act as a router it has to be visible on the network.
