Pfsense WebGui will not open from other than mobile internet

Pfsense webgui i set to port 91. The firewall is blocking the ip
and write an odd line, compare my attemt when http://x.x.x.x:91 and x.x.x.x:80.
Firewall reports that i come from two different IP when im one the same.

x Mar 14 08:15:33 WAN xx.xxx.127.196:59971    xx.xxx.3.155:80   TCP

The only way accessing the pfsense webgui is from PC using mobileinternet (umts).

If i knew why the firewall reports 224.0.0.1 IGMP  when i came from  xx.xxx.127.196:59971 to target xx.xxx.3.155:91 it would be a clue.
When i came from xx.xxx.127.196:59971 to target xx.xxx.3.155:80 firewall reports correct.

Firewall reports that i come from two different IP when im one the same. –-- Kindly show me the way how you monitor the firewall reports who access the webgui and also can you see ssh access?
