Can't register on the Wiki?

Tried to register on the docs wiki (doc.pfsense.org).  Clicked the link at top right "log in/create account" (http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php?title=Special:Userlogin&returnto=Category:Howto)
which directs me to a login form but I see no link/button to REGISTER for a new account.

Am I missing it or is this a bug (or is registration closed)?

Would like to register and possibly contribute some edits based on my recent (noob) experiences.

Registration is closed, but if you e-mail wikiadmin@pfsense.org with the username you want, one of us can set you up with an account.
