      I've downloaded a couple of the recent 512MB embedded nanobsd snapshot but they the image files are 1GB when I extract them to flash my 512MB CF Card.

      I've tried these two snapshots and they both the same:

      pfSense-1.2.3-512mb-20090923-0329-nanobsd.img.gz

      pfSense-1.2.3-512mb-20090925-0109-nanobsd.img.gz

      Downloading the latestsnap now - pfSense-1.2.3-512mb-20090925-1255-nanobsd.img.gz - to see if it's still the same.
