It's almost done, there are just a few spots that need touched up, and then it should be ready to go once the publisher gives everything a greenlight.
Not too much longer now.

I hope so, but I can't say for sure. From the time it actually goes to press, it may be up to a month or so before it actually ships.

I emailed Reed Media this week and got this reply back at 5 AM today from none other than Jeremy C. Reed:
"The book is currently at the printer and should be listed at Amazon within the next week."
Presumably, they'll be ready to go shortly afterward. Get your credit card ready.
