Howto restrict traffic to/from OVPN (tunx) interface

I have just read the topic from pisang98.

If I remove the tunX assignment how can I restrict the traffic? This function is very important for me.

Its has been covered in this forum 2-3 times now.

1.0 does not support filtering on the OpenVPN interfaces.

Neither on IPSEC in 1.0 if that is the next question.
