[REQ] Output formatting of filter reload status page.

When there is an error in the filter reload status page, the output has no formatting.
It would make it much easier to quickly identify the issues if the diagnostic message was formatted, so that instead of one HUGE line, there were carriage returns put in.
Also, the diagnostic message is sometimes truncated if the line it too long.
