Currently using version 1.2.3-RELEASE, will upgrade if there's a newer version out there that does what I need.

We have a problem with people using bittorrent to download movies on our (public) system.  One guy finally got "smart" and started using port 80 (unblockable, without knocking everybody else over) for his traffic.  What we'd like is to find a way to limit the number of simultaneous connections that someone can make, since he's got ~700 going on right now.  I'll admit to not knowing the system all that well, but I did give it a once-over and didn't see anything that really stood out.

Have you tried advanced options in rules?
