How do you disable connection to the Internet (WAN) at a specified time each nig

My son stays up late every night doing his thing on the Internet. (I do the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" routine …)
Although he's an adult (22) I'm tired of him sleeping until Noon and I've decided it's my house and my Internet connection and I'm going to disable his access to the Internet after say 1:00 AM every day. (I may have to also block his LAN connection if this doesn't drive him out of the attic.)
I've searched for hours and can't seem to find clear (or even confusing) instructions on how to do that. Part of the problem is I can't even figure out which tool in pfSense does this; the Firewall ? NAT ? Rules ? Scheduler ?
Can anyone point me to an existing tutorial or posting that explains how to do this ?
I'm running pfSense 1.2.3-RELEASE Built on Dec 6, 2009
I'm not very knowledgeable about all things firewall related and definitely don't want a solution that requires me to add/modify a script as I've seen in some postings.
Thanks in advance for any help.

You will need to create a schedule and then create a firewall rule that uses that schedule you created.
If you only want to block his computer, you will need to give his computer a fixed IP in the DHCP server and use that in the firewall rule. However, if you just want to block everything from accessing the connection, you won't need to do that.

Thanks Efonne,
I'll try setting that up tomorrow night.
