Error enabling vouchers

Hi All,
I am setting up captive portal with vouchers. I have enabled vouchers done some testing and disabled vouchers. Now when I go to re enable vouchers I get error attached.
Is there any way I can reset voucher system back to default.

Might be the browser. What browser are you using?

I also thought it could be browser side script, so tested with Google C, FF, and ie8 same result,
I reset to factory in the end as I am only testing Captive with vouchers and Radius,
If it comes up again will post a more in-depth fault description.

Have you tried just unchecked the enable box, and then checking it again?
That should force the fields to be enabled, though I don't see how they would be locked in the disabled mode either. Like Ermal, I haven't been able to replicate that.
