      Hi,

I'm trying to setup a failover OpenVPN on WAN2. I followed the instructions http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Multi-WAN_OpenVPN.

I setup two different OpenVPN entries, with separate address pools and "Custom Option" settings, as below:

      First VPN:

      Second VPN:

      Firewall Rule

      Client Just Hangs

When i put the same settings on the WAN interface, everything works fine.
When I transfer the same settings to OPT, and if WAN is down, this problem occurs.

Any help you experts can provide is greatly appreciated!

      Thank you.

I have an interesting situation. My OpenVPN works now on OPT (WAN2) interface in one scenario:

If I reboot pfsense with WAN and OPT-WAN2, both pugged in, I cannot VPN through the WAN2.
If I reboot pfsense with only OPT-WAN2 plugged in, I can connect through VPN fine.
If I reboot pfsense with only WAN plugged in, and after bootup, then plugin OPT-WAN2, I still cannot VPN thorugh WAN2

How do i make this work when both my WAN and WAN2 are working, plugged in and then I reboot?

Any ideas on why this is happening?

        Thank you!

Anybody? I'm trying to get my VPN on OPT1 interface to work. Should I setup the VPN servers on different ports? Will that help?
