Dnat or Nat with pfsense an some ports

Hello

I've got these problem : I've open ports for dns https pop3 imap imapps etcc and works Ok.
I've open port 80 and 21 and then i scan wit Umit and then it' s close.How can in do to open these port?
My Conection is eth0 public IP eth1 private ip and then web server.

wlan ======Pfsense ========Web server
