I want to block Kproxy website. I have blocked the domain and it does not open now. However, the website has four different IP addresses from which the website can be accessed. The IPs are

      87.106.215.227
      87.106.140.33
      66.232.107.140
      66.232.100.247

I added Firewall rules to block any request to these IPs, but still can access the website using all of these IP addresses. What is another way to block? Or is there some issue with Firewall? Also, I would want to know from where can I get a list of proxy websites to block.

If you blocked those IPs, you wouldn't be able to get there if the rule was setup right.

A block rule like that should be on the LAN, and at the top of the list.
