I have configured different port forwards and they work like a charm!
When it comes to forward my apache server the ports fail…

i forward the port 80 to the local address but it's not working.
i tryied changing the default port of apache from 80 to somethink else & it didn't work either.

      Any suggestions ?

Have you checked that your ISP doesn't block port 80?

I disabled yesterday the firewall of my ISP. I suppose that it takes some time to be disabled, but i think that this is not the problem…

You misunderstood - many Internet Service Providers block ports and this isn't something you can't control.  It may well be that your ISP is one of those.  You'll need to either ask your ISP, try a Google search for something like myisp port blocking or even post the name and location of your ISP.

My ISP has a so called "firewall" enabled by default on all clients.
After my request they disabled it, and everything works fine now.
