MagicJack phone[solved]

is anyone using Magic Jack phone
i have it hooked up and it seems to be working randomly
it rings sometimes and sometimes goes straight to voice mail
does anyone know the port rangesthere is not much info on there page
any help would be great Thanks!

The only NAT /FW rule I have is port 5060 (SIP) to the box..Not sure what speed link you have but we have Cox where I live..
