Website lags when enable OPT1

i have noticed a lot of lags when I enable the OPT1 and try to browse the cnn.com website. basically i have LAN as 192.168.10.x and OPT as 192.168.15.x. i don't have any proxy on. when i navigate within different tabs(switching between travel or living), it literally just hang when i have OPT1 enabled. ???

First, check netmask you configured at lan and opt. Looking your post, it may be /24

it is /24 on both. anything wrong with that?

/24 is fine for your setup.
Did you try to reboot after interface changing?

it was setup that way ever since the "upgrade". should i consider fresh install?
