Strange issue with logmein.com

I installed pfsense in our network using dual wan and loadbalance. But if users go to web logmein.com and try to log in it logs in and then logs out is it FW related or where i need to look ?

Check via tcpdump if the packages are going to both routers.

Then check stick connections load balance options or assign a fail over gateway instead of balance for logmein network.

Don't load balance HTTPS, many HTTPS sites tie your session to a particular IP and hence will do what you're describing. Use failover groups only for HTTPS, generally load balancing is safe for everything else.
