If you go to Cert manager and click on the "+" to add a CA or a CERT than there is the possibility to import existing certs, ca and key.

        Did you try that ?

The certificates are imported under System > Cert Manager.

The DH parameters do not need imported. See http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Importing_OpenVPN_DH_Parameters
