        You must use NAT :

To be more specific, I have a subnet working with squid port 3128 with auth, but I have another subnet in wich I would like to have a transparent proxy, so I need to that trafcc from 80 to 3128.

I have tried many rules in nat but no luck.

          Regards

The setup of your proxy is good?
The proxy allow your other subnet to reach him?

In first, try to use the proxy in non-transparent mode from your other subnet, to validate.
