Block machine by mac address

I am lost!  where can i find way to block local machines via mac address?

You should find a few threads if you use the search function. Just keep in mind that it is trivial to change the MAC address of a computer and so bypass MAC blocking.

I do it DHCP reservation and then IP block. I only do this for test for like it was just said, you can change a MAC about as easy as you can change an IP.
But search and be amazed at what you find.
