Does Captive Portal bandwidth/user include ALL kinds of traffic?

So I finally got Captive Portal + Radius + Active Directory working :)

When setting bandwidth limits per user, will it limit the TORRENT speed of users?

If it does then I'm golden and need not to tinker too much with traffic shaper, etc.

It will limit all the traffic coming from users, including torrents.
