Strange openvpn_server0.conf + no working ovpn server

Have 2 pf (build 1.2.3-RELEASE built on Sun Dec 6 23:21:36 EST 2009). They have identical web gui configuration BUT generated openvpn_server0.conf is vary.
Working config have

server 10.0.8.0 255.255.255.0
client-config-dir /var/etc/openvpn_csc

not working  have

tls-server
ifconfig 10.0.8.1 10.0.8.2

So getting log message
WARNING: 'ifconfig' is present in remote config but missing in local config, remote='ifconfig 192.168.200.2 192.168.200.1'

First of all. I can edit config but don't know how to feed him to openvpn just to apply it. (yes i know reboot will override him)
Second one is why the configs is different?
PS: Another 9 pf box work fine with similar config.

It can't be exactly the same as the others or it would be working. :-)

Look at the raw config.xml from a working one and the non-working one, compare the OpenVPN section of the config.
