Captive Portal - choose between voucher or username
-
Hi.
I'm using pfsense 1.2.3 perfectly working. I'm testing 2.0rc3 "release" and specially the "voucher" session. Like I saw, or I use "vouchers" ou another user management, like radius. My doubt is: is there a way for use "vouchers " AND another user management way!? I.e., in my job I use "captive portal" authenticating on a radius server for employees and I would like to provide "vouchers" for visitors. I'm sorry if my doubt is too "noobie", but as I said before, I didn't find a way for doing this. tks.

You can create a custom login page to do this.
Use as template the one from pfSense default and just add another section for voucher based login.
That should do it. -

That should do it.ermal, i assume we would upload a custom "Portal page contents" html file?
Something that will look like this:
If you have a username/password, use this:
If you don't, use a voucher:
How about when I want to authenticate via RADIUS AND Vouchers? For example, I have employees in Active Directory and I have guests that must use vouchers?
In pfSense Captive Portal, I only have these options:
-No Authentication
-Local User Manager / Vouchers- RADIUS Authentication

The page looks ok though i do not think you need the two submits/forms and only one redirurl is ok if you collapse together.
About radius or vouchers presently no, it cannot be done.
Hopefully it will make 2.1.You can hack the code to allow this if you want.
