Clients cant connect if they use proxy

hi

1. my clients cant connect to the internet if they point their browser to use proxy if captive portal enabled. is there a way to control their access to the internet?

2. my pf box cant see the packages as well du to the using proxy problem, is there a way to let pfsense box see the packages?
