I have two OpenVPN Debian servers (one in US and another in UK).

I've configured my x86 pfSense client to connect to the UK one, and enjoying watching HD UK TV.

Is it possible to setup pfSense in a way that traffic for BBC website would go through the UK OpenVPN client interface, and traffic for Netflix would go through the US OpenVPN client interface? (i.e. traffic routing based on domain names?)

      Many thanks in advance

Not by domain name, no. You'd have to somehow identify them base on IP address (or block of IP addresses)
