      Hello,

I created an Alias (IP address) for a unit that I need all the Internet traffic to go from a specific gateway. In LAN, I set the Alias to go out for all ports using a specific gateway.

It does not work, at least I cannot test it. I do not see any traffic in the gateway that I select.

How can I check this specific IP traffic?

      Best regards

      Kostas

Did you placed you rule on top at the right interface tab?

Can you send a screenshot of your rule?

          Thank you!

In Blue is my rule that does not work. In Green is my main LAN > WAN rule.

            the rule looks fine.

did you tried a tcpdump on console or package capture to check where the packages are going?

imac is a machine inside my network. heper is right, it should be source…

How do I initiate a tcpdump in pfsense, or is it another way to check a specific ip traffic?

                  Best regards
