The hack is to install the Dashboard Widescreen package and make the save settings to what you want and then delete the package.

It keeps the settings to what you want but it reverts back to the old "2" column setting.

Only the traffic graphs would have that problem. There were some structural changes to the dashboard code to fix issues with IE and in general, and it broke the way that widget wanted to save. It's been fixed on 2.1, but the fix was a bit too invasive to pull into 2.0.x.

cant save traffic graphs settings in chrome, ie and firefox.
            i thought it was pc-related.

            tnx for the info.
i'll just wait for the 2.1 release.

Just install the widescreen package and save settings….then delete the package afterwards. Then its fine.

Just FYI. I had this issue on 2.0.2 after installing Widescreen.

I uninstalled Widescreen thinking it was the problem and then tried upgrading to 2.0.3 - no dice.

At JimP's direction I found my way here, installed Widescreen again and the widget is behaving at last.

Thanks to JimP (for the umpteenth time) for helping me sort it out.
