I'm running into an odd error after setting up OpenVPN according to this post that I found http://blog.stefcho.eu/?p=492, and setting up the Windows 7 openVPN client as described on the setup page

      Mon Jan 21 21:29:09 2013 SIGUSR1[soft,tls-error] received, process restarting
Mon Jan 21 21:29:11 2013 WARNING: Make sure you understand the semantics of --tls-remote before using it (see the man page).
Mon Jan 21 21:29:11 2013 NOTE: OpenVPN 2.1 requires '--script-security 2' or higher to call user-defined scripts or executables
Mon Jan 21 21:29:11 2013 UDPv4 link local (bound): [undef]
      Mon Jan 21 21:29:11 2013 UDPv4 link remote: [AF_INET]<ip address="">:1194
Mon Jan 21 21:30:11 2013 TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)
Mon Jan 21 21:30:11 2013 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed
      Mon Jan 21 21:30:11 2013 SIGUSR1[soft,tls-error] received, process restarting</ip>

Any ideas on what might be going on?

Check your firewall settings, and make sure your Protocol (UDP or TCP) and Port Number are set correctly.
