Bypass Captive-Portal "Help"

I need help.

I have an OPT with 10 vlans (vlan-trunk).

vlan 1501
gw 172.16.1.1
172.16.1.10 - 172.16.1.100 dhcp

vlan 1502
gw 172.16.2.1
172.16.2.10 - 172.16.2.100 dhcp

etc..

I Captive Portal-active interfaces / vlans.

What I have to do that is not possible to bypass the captive?

If I connect vlan in 1501 with the address 172.16.1.10 and configure the browser:
172.16.2.1:3128 proxy (do not ask voucher) and I can browse normally.
