Can anyone write a howto to monitor pfsense with nagios ?

i already have nagios installed on ubuntu server, but all the plugin thing is hard…

if someone can write a simple guide to monitor pfsense, with basic stuff like latency, link down, hardware failure, cold start.

example of config file, how to activate MIB, what to add to NPREv2 in pfsense... etc...

i am willing to give 30$ for this.

I too would be willing to pay $30 for this as well?
I'm starting to deploy Nagios into my environment and would love this feature.

All you need is a how-to to configure nrpe on pfSense?

npre and some nagios config example that can work with pfsense. i managed to get ping monitoring, but i'm fairly sure nagios can do a lot more hehe.
