can you try to install this package before?
pkg_add -r http://e-sac.siteseguro.ws/packages/8/All/cyrus-sasl-2.1.26_2.tbz
All not found messages point to an existing package on repo, I'm not sure what is happening
I'll install a testing vm for it.
