Squid funciona pero …..

el squid aparentemente funciona bien, pero de vez en cuando me sale esto en el logOct 19 19:00:13 squid[13166]: Squid Parent: child process 13799 started

he buscado en muchos sitios este error pero nadie pone como resolverlo.

a lo mejor parezca ser un abuso, he sido usuario de pf 1.2.3 rc, hasta la 2.0 beta -release; tengo problemas con squid, tengo todo habilitado correctamente a como habitualmente lo he instalado (allow users, transparent), mi problema es, tengo habilitado en modo transparente y allow users, y el navegador sin la ip del proxy , resultado, no puedo navegar, pero si deshabilito el modo transparente puedo navegar, parece como si estuviese invertida la funcion (como si fuese un comando inverso en programacion !), he reinstalado, hecho instalaciones limpias, tanto en x86 y x64, reinstalar los paquetes, etc, que estare haciendo mal?
mi equipo instalado es un amd x2 con 2gb ram y 160 gb hdd
y en base a eso, tambien tengo problemas con squidguard, pero mas me interesa resolver este problema, gracias y disculpen mi post si esta en un lugar no indicado

Has probado a poner en allowed tu red? 192.168.1.0/24 o similar en alloweds subnets.
en el 1.2.3 sin esto no va. En la version 2 marcar allow users implica incluir la subred.
