        What?

A bit more detail would help..  So your remote into a box on your local network via what?  VPN, Remote Desktop, teamviewer/logmein?  And what are you trying to access via snmp?  Do your firewall rules allow snmp from your source IP to your Dest IP?

Again not making a lot of sense here..

"the local network firewall snmp port on a server"

So is that port your trying to access that is on the public internet?

            161/udp SNMP
            162/udp SNMPTRAP

From this server?  Or are you trying to forward one of those or both of those snmp ports UDP into a server on your local network..  So for example I could query your server for snmp info from the internet (my box on the internet)

"or a duly authorized user can not reach the Internet."

So your saying a computer on your local network can not access google.com or pfsense.org - or are you saying that query something via snmp that is on the public internet?
