Pfsense 2.0.2 kernel crash almost every day

i have uploaded several crash reports to pfsense and ip of firewall is 199.255.156.227.
I am running this kvm hyper visor platform.
i am at a loss as to why i am experiencing the crashes as the firewall performs great other than the crashes.
i am hoping someone could look at the crash reports to see what my problem is.
please advise if more info is needed. -
i forgot to add i am running the amd64/pfsense image. i have 4 em: <intel(r) 1000="" pro="" legacy="" network="" connection="" 1.0.4="" nics<br="">i have applied the suggested settings in the boot.conf.local file concerning the Intel nics</intel(r)>

10 days ago i built new vm and installed the i386 version of 2.1 beta and i am having no more issues. the 2.1 beta has not crashed since the install.
i suspect improved em(4) drivers in the newer release of FreeBSD
