Black list no carga

Estimados.
Tengo un problema con http://www.shallalist.de/Downloads/shallalist.tar.gz en la version 2.0.2 en el proxy filter, pestaña black list.
al decargarla me sale todo correcto así :
Begin blacklist update
Start download.
Download archive http://www.shallalist.de/Downloads/shallalist.tar.gz
Download complete
Unpack archive
Scan blacklist categories.
Found 74 items.
Start rebuild DB.
Copy DB to workdir.
Reconfigure Squid proxy.
Blacklist update complete.

Pero cuando voy a la pestaña common acl, tarjet rules, me aparece solo "default rules".

Um… No uso esto pero hice una prueba y... al parecer...

[Services] [Proxy filter] [Blacklist] sirve sólo para actualizar las listas.

[Services] [Proxy filter] [General Settings]

Ahí marqué la casilla [Blacklist options] [Blacklist] y también puse la URL en [Blacklist options] [Blacklist URL]

[Services] [Proxy filter] [Common ACL]

Ahí le dí al botón [Target Rules List (click here)] [Show rules]
