      Hi,
I can't login to the WebGUI on the LAN side, nor can I ping the pfSense box.

On the WAN side when I disable the firewall using the console, I do have access.
The block private IP addresses box is unchecked on the LAN interface page.

Any ideas why I cant access the WebGUI from the LAN?

      Thanks!!!

Sounds like a network issue rather than a PFS issue.

obvious questions, but I have to ask

        can you ping other hosts?
if no  - troubleshoot your lan
if yes  - goto to the PF Sense box and see if the network settings are correct.
make sure web gui is turned on
make sure your LAN NICis is connected to the LAN cable, as well as WAN Nic to WAN cable

then ping the PF Sense box and go from there

          pfctl -d
