Help !!! losing webgui google error

shut the system down at night and i keep losing the webgui when ive restarted machines in morning i keep getting google error 118 and im a bit stuck how too repair this ive did searchs and they make refrence to proxy server which i dont think is on pc and i know i havnt downloaded any any ideas just i cant accress the webgui or internet explorer ive tried both google and internet explorer both very similair issues >:(

Solutions might be:
Use another PC, yours has problems …. starting with your keyboard.
Re-install PFSEnse - no proxy will be activated neither installed.I do not understand the relationship between 'Google' and 'Internet Explorer' Or are you talking about 'Chrome' ?

i think i have found the problom its pfsense its loses re1 on the boot up for some reason i have tried google as i didnt have java installed for the webgui and google had this thats why however i keep loseing the webgui the lcd works and responds and the 100mbp leds flash however nothing when i type the ip address in and this has been a problom im trying to install this on the server pc as this is what i bought this for re0 wan re1 lan so losing the re1 i dont get webgui
