What the HELL is this??

This is a reminder, sent out once a month, about your lists.pfsense.org mailing list memberships. It includes your subscription info and how to use it to change it or unsubscribe from a list.
You can visit the URLs to change your membership status or configuration, including unsubscribing, setting digest-style delivery or disabling delivery altogether (e.g., for a vacation), and so on.
In addition to the URL interfaces, you can also use email to make such changes. For more info, send a message to the '-request' address of the list (for example, mailman-request@lists.pfsense.org) containing just the word 'help' in the message body, and an email message will be sent to you with instructions.
If you have questions, problems, comments, etc, send them to mailman-owner@lists.pfsense.org. Thanks!

You're subscribed to the -announce mailing list, and it sent you a monthly reminder.
I removed your list password from your post.

I'm also a 'member' of that list and got the friendly reminder yesterday. I think the devs used to use it more often to send out version announcements and the like. I haven't received a real email from that list in a while - I should probably save myself the trouble of deleting future emails and unsubscribe seeing as I'm on the forum almost daily.

Then we need to be certain that it doenst resemble a spam mail and looks suspicious…..

That is the standard mailman reminder e-mail, I get them from a half dozen places each month not including pfSense and they all look the same.

I dont Jim and thats why I asked before clicking any links in it and reporting it as spam :D
